I had a lovely stay for one night, enjoying the spacious room and a surprisingly good burger at dinner. The patio and cozy lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, the sink was a bit cramped for brushing teeth, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

I was moved to a larger twin room, which made my stay super comfy and spacious. The cozy lounge area and lovely garden were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Just a heads up, the lighting in the room could be a bit better, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The Standard Single Room with Shower features a compact design, ideal for a solo traveler. The shower provides a refreshing experience, perfect after a long day of exploration.
Lighting in the room proves a bit of a challenge. it feels dim and could benefit from brighter bulbs, particularly by the dressing area. There's only one accessible power socket behind the desk, making it tricky to charge devices without moving furniture. you’re above the extractor fan, which hums its busy tune until it's switched off in the evening.

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor if steep stairs are a concern.

Couple's Well-Deserved Getaway
It was pouring outside when we arrived but our host was fantastic gave us plenty of paper to stuff in our shoes to dry them out and made us feel right at home from the start. The cooked breakfast was the highlight we enjoyed a full spread it fueled us for our ride ahead.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the overall experience we had.

I had a lovely time at the Plough Inn during my stay. The room I booked was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing night. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast options. The staff really stood out to me with their friendly service. they made everything so welcoming. The bar had a great selection of drinks, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere. the dining experience fell short. The food I ordered was not up to par. I found the curry watery, and the rice was undercooked. A few cobwebs in the ceiling were a distraction too. Despite these issues, the great service made my stay enjoyable overall. I would consider returning, but only for a drink and maybe breakfast, not for dinner.

Dim lighting in the room could use an upgrade—felt like I was searching for a lost cargo in the dark. The small sink had a glass shelf above it, making simple tasks like brushing teeth a bit of a squeeze. Had to get creative to fill the kettle. The decor leaned heavily towards moody tones, which might not appeal to everyone. the breakfast timing felt a bit off. I arrived to find everything locked until the exact minute, which caught me off guard.
